Hi I’m sekhmet and I have renounced Islam for humanism, this is my story,
I live in morocco a country in North Africa with a Muslim majority ( 98%). I suppose I was what misguided westerners consider a "moderate Muslim", because I rarely prayed, I fasted most of the Ramadan and I rejected terrorism as a part of Islam. The day I started questioning Islam coincided with my birthday, it was at that time that Israel launched an offence on Gaza resulting into what Arab media portrayed as bloody massacre, genocide and a holocaust.
The reaction from Moroccans to this was shocking. They protested in a very violent way, they burned Israeli flags, they screamed anti-Semitic chanting, they even went as far as convincing their children that Jews were evil, even do I was still a Muslim. I decided to distance myself from those people, I was one of the few people who thought that Hamas were terrorists and that the whole thing happened because of their terror activities.
a week later, in a lesson about abstinence, our Islamic education teacher quoted a Quranic verse to explain that masturbation was forbidden, the verse stated that believers should not get pleasure unless through their wives (ok) and what their right hand possesses (???). Professor refused to clarify that term, so I decided to look for it: I found out that it meant infidel woman captured in war with the Kuffar, in other words war booty or sex slaves if you prefer. the idea seemed profoundly unfair and cruel ,it's what sparked my curiosity, a little research revealed to me that Muhammad prescribed the death penalty for anyone who rejects Islam:
Bukhari (52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' “
This is sheer intolerance and barbarism; I never chose to be a Muslim, why should I be forced to be one??
Bukhari (83:37) - "Allah's Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) A person who killed somebody unjustly, was killed (in Qisas,) (2) a married person who committed illegal sexual intercourse and (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle and deserted Islam and became an apostate."
This hadith speaks volumes about Muhammad’s insecurity, I thought to myself when reading it: I can't even leave if I want to, it's not fair.
We had a history lesson about the Second World War, and picture this: not one single mention of the holocaust, something like that should be taught to people, it’s as if they don't want us to have an ounce of sympathy for the Jews, because then we might understand why they wanted a country of their own. Despite that many of my colleagues are aware of the holocaust and the shocking thing is, some of them support Hitler, most at least "understand" why he did it, Islam has killed their humanity, it’s really sad. Muslims always boast about their luck being born as a Muslim, and then my question is, what about those being born not a Muslim? Are they deserved to be hated, to be subdued? The Da'wah activities that Muslims advocate is only an external camouflage to hide true agenda till the establishment of Islamic government. After achieving some of their goals, a full scale jihad can be expected.
Yesterday we were celebrating my cousin's birthday, my aunt received a phone call from my uncle, he was telling her about how birthdays are a Christian tradition and that they are haram and that they are Bid’aa(heresy), guess what? The guy was calling from Paris, France. And they have the nerve to talk about how hard it is for them to integrate. Really ungrateful..!!
CAIR guy said, Muslims don't go to other people's countries to integrate but to dominate, you see being the followers of a narcissist, they feel entitled to subdue and subjugate the very people who welcomed them and tolerated them, they don't feel any gratitude whatsoever and this a concept that is hard to understand for people who were never Muslims, which explains much of the mess that we see now in Europe. Muslims want it both ways, like that uncle of mine, they come to enjoy all that the West has to offer, while at the same time showing no respect to other people's beliefs and traditions.
Omar Ahmed the founder of CAIR is reported to saying the following: "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."
Another quote from the same dude: "Fighting for freedom, fighting for Islam, that is not suicide," ... "They kill themselves for Islam."
Here's what CAIR 's spokesmen Ibrahim Hooper said : "I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future...But I'm not going to do anything violent to promote that. I'm going to do it through education."
Translation: we'll keep intimidating people through accusations of hate speech and expensive lawsuits; we’ll also infiltrate the education system to give a positive (but false) image of Islam.
I don't know if it's just me but I think the West are doing the exact same thing they did in the 30s with Hitler, they can plainly see the danger coming up to them, but instead of confronting it they'll ignore until it's too big to ignore, and we all know the disastrous consequences of political apathy ,instead of spreading awareness they keep saying "Islam is a religion of peace”, instead of banning Muslim immigration they'll welcome those who want to destroy them, and if you disagree with them you're a racist an Islamophobe, a fascist ,a neo-Nazi , an imperialist... For example, former pm Tony Blair said that he has read the Koran and that it's very spiritual, now I would like to ask Mr. Blair what part did he find so spiritual, the one that says you can beat your wife, or maybe it's the one that says kill the infidels wherever you find, or perhaps the one that says fight the kuffar until they pay the Jizya and feel themselves subdued. Btw is it considered treason for a politician to deliberately lie to his people? In this insane world of multicultural bush*t, the only politician I can identify with right now is the Dutch mp ,Geert wilders ,who's brave enough to say in parliament what most of us have been saying on this forum and elsewhere.
The Moroccan constitution states that it guarantees religious freedom to people, yet the very same constitution does not allow Muslims leave Islam, it also guarantees freedom of speech to everyone , yet it has blasphemy laws, the constitution has a discriminatory law that states alcohol cannot be sold to Muslims ( who make about 99.99% of beer consumers),and also a law that criminalizes intercourse between consenting non-married adults, it doesn't recognize homosexuals and it forbids missionaries from preaching Jesus to Moroccans.
Dutch mp Geert Wilders is evidently right: Islam is a totalitarian ideology.
It’s interesting to note that the national Moroccan motto is: " Allah, al Watan (the country or the homeland), al Malik (the king or the monarch)" Allah is first, Muslims owe loyalty to Muhammad before loyalty to even the king, this validates the theory that Muslims can't be loyal to any country if it's not Islamic. I told my parents about this: my father who's a very irreligious person reacted calmly and told me to keep it to myself, my mother on the other hand freaked out so badly that I came to her a week later and told her that I repented just so she wouldn't take it on other people (my father), now she thinks I’m a Muslim and I have no intention of telling her the truth any time soon.
I think it's highly ironic that the very fact that Muhammad showed intolerance towards apostates is what convinced me of leaving this wicked faith, the feeling that I somehow had to believe in him or else… Was it..,, I should also mention that this great website helped me discover who that sinister man really was and why statements like : "Islam is a religion of peace" and "Islam respects woman" or "Islam is tolerant towards Jews and Christians" sounded so false to my newly enlightened ears, and I have you guys to thank for that.
When I was a Muslim, the mesmerising effect of our Muslims' accomplishment in establishing Islam in many parts of the world really blinded me. The feelings of pride about our glorious past deafen my ears. I overlook so many truths, so many sufferings. This is the result of this hate-cult. Disbelievers are always the enemy of Islam and must be one day subjugated through propagating Islam to them and rejection will be met with holy wars-jihad!
It saddens me that my country could have been the equivalent of today's Japan, Denmark or Italy, if it wasn't for the curses that Islam laid upon it, I hope that someday morocco will shake off this medieval nonsense and take its rightful place among 1st world countries.
However, i am optimistic ,I believe Islam will never achieve the universal power that it craves, because it's false ,it's fake, the whole thing is a lie ,truth will always triumph, I hope I will get the chance to see the doom of Islam in my life time.
I don't want to be too long here so ill just stop here.
