"They will alter Allah's creation." (4:120) '

The holy Quran has prophesied the plastic surgery, genetic engineering and cloning in this short and concise sentence.

Rebuttal

The verses in context:

Allah forgiveth not (The sin of) joining other gods with Him; but He forgiveth whom He pleaseth other sins than this: one who joins other gods with Allah, Hath strayed far, far away (from the right). They do not call besides Him on anything but idols, and they do not call on anything but a rebellious Shaitan. Allah has cursed him; and he said: Most certainly I will take of Thy servants an appointed portion: And most certainly I will lead them astray and excite in them vain desires, and bid them so that they shall slit the ears of the cattle, and most certainly I will bid them so that they shall alter Allah's creation; and whoever takes the Shaitan for a guardian rather than Allah he indeed shall suffer a manifest loss. He gives them promises and excites vain desires in them; and the Shaitan does not promise them but to deceive. These are they whose abode is hell, and they shall not find any refuge from it. And (as for) those who believe and do good, We will make them enter into gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide therein for ever; (it is) a promise of Allah, true (indeed), and who is truer of word than Allah?
Qur'an 4:116-122

This does not specify any of the claims made by the author of this claim of prophecy. The first verse clearly states that Allah is talking about those who 'associate God's with him.” Next we have Satan coming in to say what he's going to do with those Allah hasn't appointed. The “...so that they shall alter Allah's creation.” The author of this article has again capitalized the “T' in 'they' implying it was a 'concise sentence' when its actually a continuation of a sentence conveying another point. The sentence in question says “I will lead them astray and excite them in them (sic) vain desires, and bid them, so that they shall slit the ears of the cattle, and most certainly I will bid them so that they shall alter Allah's creation.” Kathir's comments on Qur'an 4:120 (excerpt):

[وَلاّمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ ءَاذَانَ الاٌّنْعَـمِ]

(and certainly, I will order them to slit the ears of cattle,) meaning, slitting their ears to designate them as Bahirah, Sa'ibah, and a Wasilah, as Qatadah and As-Suddi stated.

[وَلاّمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ]

(And indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allah.) means tattooing, according to Al-Hasan bin Abi Al-Hasan Al-Basri. In his Sahih, Muslim recorded the prohibition of tattooing the face, which in one of its wordings states: "May Allah curse whoever does this. It is also recorded in the Sahih that Ibn Mas`ud said, "May Allah curse those who have tattoos and those who do it, who pluck their (facial) hairs and the one who does it for them, and those who make spaces between their teeth for the purpose of beauty, changing what Allah has created. He then said, "Why should not I curse whom the Messenger of Allah has cursed, when the Book of Allah commands it,

Conclusion

Reading the entire passage in context, this does not refer to body modification, it seems to be yet another statement about the 'evils' of the idolaters, and the evil things Satan will convince them to do, because they did not follow Allah. Ignoring context and sentences, at a stretch it could be construed as a 'prophecy'.
